Bob Maloof is the administrator of
the Better Life Boot Camp with his Certification from the American College of
Bob is also a Certified Clinical Nutritionist with over ten years experience
helping individuals maximize their quality of life. He received a Bachelor's
degree in Nutrition from Michigan State University and a Masters in Exercise
Science from Western Michigan University. Bob has founded a personal training
company, taught health and fitness at the college level, presented research and
written numerous articles on nutrition and exercise for the popular press.
He is a strong advocate for setting realistic goals and then establishing action
steps to achieve them. "Too many individuals dream about goals, whether they are
health related or business, but they never follow through. They need to take
action on the small steps to success. The more realistic the goal the more
likely they are to succeed and then reach greater goals from their success." Bob
believes we are a walking ad to our beliefs and convictions. "If we are
