How long are the workouts?
Resistance workouts are no longer than 30 minutes from stretching to cool down.
Interval training workouts are no longer than 45 minutes from stretching to cool
Where are your workouts?
We start each workout in our facilities in downtown Grand Rapids. We also use
the local parks and trails for intervals and cardio workouts.
I am really overweight, can I sign up?
We want you to be safe. We encourage you to get your doctor's permission before
starting this or any other exercise program.
Do I need to be in shape before starting this program?
No. While it is a group exercise program, it is individualized to every
participant. The instructor will help you determine your capabilities.
I am not a runner, will this program work for me?
Yes! The interval program is designed to help increase your stamina and
endurance gradually but quickly.
Do I need to bring anything with me to Boot Camp?
Please bring a bottle of water and a workout mat to each camp.
What do we do in class?
We will challenge your mind and muscles through strength and endurance training.

What if I am not capable of performing a certain exercise?
All the events of your life add up to the person you are now. You can do a
modified version of any activity. The instructor will help with those issues.
When will I see results?
All bodies respond differently, but typically you will start to see results
within two weeks.
What happens if I have to miss a few days due to vacation/being sick?
No one gets punished or loses sessions because of sickness or vacation. Make-up
days are given in the next month's camp.
What happens after 30 days?
When you see the results from the first month, you most likely will want to do
another month. We offer discounts for returning participants.
Do you have corporate boot camps?
We will travel to your facilities, we require at least 12 participants. (Travel
fees may be incurred)
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you have an emergency or illness where you cannot
attend for sometime, we will credit that time to a future boot camp.
